Overview of Group:
- Will focus on managing co-occurring symptoms of anxiety and depression
- 12-week program, meet twice a week, 90 minutes
- Begins mid-May
- Skill-building group on Tuesdays:
- Communication, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and coping strategies.
- DBT & CBT informed group (not a DBT or CBT group)
- Group therapy on Thursdays:
- Meet with individuals who experience similar concerns in order to
- give and receive feedback
- work through concerns
- process thoughts, feelings, and experiences
- Meet with individuals who experience similar concerns in order to

- Expectations:
- Attend every session
- Actively participate
- Be respectful toward others
- Engage in personal sharing
- Be open to trying new things
