A 10 minute self care routine to nurture your mind.

Take a moment each day to recharge and find calm with these steps. 

1.  Breathe Deeply (2 minutes).  Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take slow, deep breaths. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds. Pause and reflect and feel the tension melt away.

2.  Move your body (3 minutes).  Stretch, take a quick walk, dance to a favorite tune. Gentle movements boost your mood naturally. 

3.  Pause and Reflect (3 minutes).  Take a moment and jot down one thing your grateful for or send someone a quick thank you note.  

4.  Unplug (2 minutes).  Step away from screens. Look out a window, sip water, or listen to the sound around you. Take a moment to let your mind reset. 

Small steps, Big impact.  Try this daily to feel more grounded and present.
