Mental Health Counselor 

We are looking to hire full and part time clinicans to provide therapy for individuals, families, and couples. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6pm.  Our counselors typically see most of their clients during those hours. Some exceptions are made for night time appointments and weekends.  Pay is negotiable and competetive with the local market for beginning and seasoned therapists.  

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in counseling or social work
• Licensed in the state of Idaho
• Must pass a state background check
• Willing to become CPR/First-Aide certified

Intervention Specialist – Full-Time or Part-Time

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Intervention Specialist to work one-on-one with children and adolescents (ages 3–21) with developmental disabilities.

Important Position Details:

• School District Placements: We hold active contracts within local schools, including the Vallivue School District. Placement in a school setting during the day requires a full-time schedule commitment. Part-time schedules are available for home and community-based services.
• Strict Driving Policy: You will only drive clients during active sessions to community destinations (like parks or stores) that directly align with their treatment plan goals. This position does NOT require picking clients up from home or dropping them off after sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support and independent life-skill building.
• Implement behavior support strategies and track client progress with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school personnel.
• Safely transport clients during sessions to target community-based treatment goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science field OR within 24 credits of completing your degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervised one-on-one experience with children with disabilities. (If you don't have this yet, we offer a supervised pathway to help you get it!)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain with our support).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
