Maya Moyal, Counseling Intern

I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. You may be navigating relationship conflict, intimacy or sexual concerns, differences in desire, identity or sexuality, anxiety, or life transitions. Together, we can explore where these patterns come from, how they affect you and your relationships today, and what you would like to look different moving forward.

I bring a systemic lens to therapy, with specialized training in sexuality and relationships. I integrate psychodynamic and narrative approaches to help uncover the “why” behind patterns while creating space for new ways of relating, communicating, and connecting with yourself and with others.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when talking about relationships, intimacy, sexuality, or parts of yourself that may be difficult to put into words. You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out. We can start where you are, get curious together, and work toward where you want to be.
