Jennifer Weseman, Counseling Intern
Jen is a third-year Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s student at Idaho State University. She has training in counseling individuals and couples and has advanced training and experience with clients in areas such as trauma recovery and processing, grief and loss, depression and therapeutic art making. Jen currently works with adults and adolescents of all genders, orientations, backgrounds, and lifestyles. She believes that all individuals have the right to autonomy, self-acceptance, and to feel genuine in their experiences and connections with others. Jen seeks to help clients meet their goals through the strength and support of the therapeutic relationship.
As a student, Jen is happy to be able to provide pro-bono and income adjusted services with the understanding that she is required to record all sessions for review by a supervising licensed counselor. All recordings are strictly confidential, stored securely, and destroyed once the program is completed.
Jen is accepting new clients and is available at the Meridian, Idaho location on Fridays.
