Mindfulness Photography Group

Starting fall of 2025. Join us for a 6 week mindfulness group experience.  Goals of the group are to:

  • Develop present-moment awareness through photograhpy
  • Learn skills to help with emotional regulation
  • Improve self awareness and learn to notice without judgment using visual mindfulness practices.
  • Explore connection between images, emotions, and thought patterns.
  • Strengthen community through group reflection, shared creativity and meaning making.  
  • Practice mindfulness skills beyond the group through weekly photography assignments.
