Mindfulness Photography Group
Starting fall of 2025. Join us for a 6 week mindfulness group experience. Goals of the group are to:
- Develop present-moment awareness through photograhpy
- Learn skills to help with emotional regulation
- Improve self awareness and learn to notice without judgment using visual mindfulness practices.
- Explore connection between images, emotions, and thought patterns.
- Strengthen community through group reflection, shared creativity and meaning making.
- Practice mindfulness skills beyond the group through weekly photography assignments.
